How to reset/ recover your login
- Go to the Bank of America Login Page
- Click on “Forgot ID/Password?” which is right under the login fields.
- Verify your identity
- You will be prompted to provide some personal information to prove it’s really you. This may include:
- User ID
- Last few numbers of Bank of America account or card
- You SSN or Tax ID, plus date of birth
- You will be prompted to provide some personal information to prove it’s really you. This may include:
- Receive a verification code and enter it in the appropriate field.
- Create a new password
- Login with the new password.
After you have recovered or reset your password, login to your QBO account and link your account again.
- Go to “Bank transactions”
- Inside the “Fix Now” if available or the little pencil next to your Bank balance (edit)
- Follow the QuickBooks prompts to reconnect.
